Clinical Director
Brickell Quarles, Ph.D is a licensed Psychologist who holds Masters Degrees in Psychology, Theology and Biology, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Quarles worked as part of the Clinical Team at Rikers Island Correctional Facility at the Robert N. Davoren Center (RNDC) for 17 years as the Associate Director of Mental Health. In this capacity she saw patients, supervised and managed a multidisciplinary treatment team, and trained student psychologist and social workers. She opened the Harlem-based community mental health clinic, Phoenix Psychological Services, PC in 2017. The clinic services adults, children and families suffering from a variety of mental health issues, and is staffed by culturally competent treatment providers who are dedicated to working collaboratively as a team to meet each patient’s mental health needs.
Practice Administrator
Jackee C. Namwila is a seasoned healthcare administrator with over a decade of experience in managing private behavioral health practices. With a background in healthcare administration and a passion for mental health advocacy, Jackee oversees all aspects of practice operations, including staff management, financial planning, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction initiatives. Bringing a unique blend of expertise and compassion to her role and demonstrating a strong commitment to improving access to quality mental health services, Jackee ensures the highest standards of patient care, is known for her strategic leadership, and dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for both patients and staff.
Office Assistant
Hi, I’m Lorrose. I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a background in the healthcare industry. Involving authorization, patient-centered care, and collaboration. My role entails administration, engaging one-on-one with providers and patients to ensure everything is properly set and running smoothly.
